JANUARY 31 at 4:15pm: Availability of Forms 1099, 1099-R, W-2 impacted on VendorWeb, PayInfo
Due to a technical issue, the Office of the Comptroller is unable to load digital Forms 1099 to VendorWeb, or Forms 1099-R and W-2 to PayInfo.
Paper Forms 1099 were mailed to vendors from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to the address on file on January 30. Digital versions are not available on VendorWeb at this time.
Paper Forms 1099-R have been mailed to retirees, and paper Forms W-2 have been mailed to employees of Commonwealth of Massachusetts departments on PayInfo; digital versions are not available on PayInfo at this time. If you are an employee of a PayInfo department and have an urgent need for a digital version, please reach out to your department payroll unit.
